Itinerary
Welcome to Sri Lanka! Meet your local guide at the airport and set off for Habarana. On the way, visit the renowned Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage to witness gentle giants up close. Enjoy an elephant-back ride in Habarana before checking in at your hotel.
Climb the iconic Sigiriya Rock Fortress in the morning and take a guided village tour in Habarana. Continue to Polonnaruwa to explore ancient ruins, with the option to visit Minneriya National Park for an afternoon wildlife safari. Overnight in Sigiriya.
Journey to the sacred city of Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka’s first capital, and discover its centuries-old stupas and monasteries. Return to Habarana for a restful evening.
Travel to Kandy, stopping at the Dambulla Cave Temple to marvel at its exquisite Buddhist murals and statues. Arrive in Kandy and settle into your hotel.
Begin with a stroll through the lush Peradeniya Botanical Gardens, then visit the historic Gadaladeniya and Embekke temples. In the evening, experience the revered Temple of the Tooth Relic and a vibrant cultural dance show.
